Client Privacy

As clients,  your privacy is most important. The personal information that you provide to us, is used for the purpose relating to your tenancy within our buildings. It will not be shared, with any third party without your express written consent.  Information provided to credit agencies, contractors, utilities and banking is only done to assist us in providing a high level of service to you. Client information on file will be kept for the standard period of seven years from the final closing of a tenancy agreement, or the date the last service was provided to the client. We try to ensure that the information on file is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Clients may, in writing request that their personal information be updated or amended as required. All information collected is safely stored and secured to protect personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying and modification.
